Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the QB Update Center website and, where applicable, the services we provide.
Website Usage
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate project inquiries. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
Services
Descriptions of bot development, automation, and dashboard services on this site are general in nature. Specific scope, deliverables, and terms for any engagement are agreed separately with each client.
Bot Development
Custom bots are developed based on requirements gathered during the project scoping process. Feature availability may be affected by the capabilities and limitations of third-party platforms.
Third-Party Platform Dependencies
Our bots and automation systems rely on third-party platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or API limitations imposed by these platforms.
Platform API Limitations
Feature sets are constrained by what each platform's official API permits. We do not build functionality that violates a platform's terms of service.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, necessary platform permissions/credentials for their own accounts, and timely feedback during development.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom bots and related deliverables are governed by the intellectual property terms set out in the applicable service agreement.
Custom Software
Bots, dashboards, and integrations are custom-built for each client's use case and are not resold as off-the-shelf products unless separately agreed.
Virtual Economy Limitations
Any virtual currency, collectible, or casino-style entertainment mechanics we build are limited to fictional, non-cash, in-community systems. We do not build real-money gambling, wagering, or cash-out functionality.
Third-Party Trademarks
Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. QB Update Center is an independent development and automation service provider unless a specific partnership is separately stated.
Service Availability
Bot uptime and availability can be affected by third-party platform status, hosting infrastructure, and maintenance windows.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, QB Update Center's liability for any claim arising from use of this website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Support
Ongoing support and maintenance terms are defined in individual project agreements.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant project agreement.
